Fundamentals
Stance, footwork, the eight strikes and defense. The class every Muay Thai member starts with.

KO Zone is a serious fight gym right next door to Wynwood: straight up NW 2nd Avenue, about 8 minutes from the Walls. Authentic Muay Thai with coach-held pads, real clinch work and conditioning that actually builds an engine.
For Wynwood, KO Zone is not a commute. It is a short, straight drive up NW 2nd Avenue with no highway, or one exit on I-95 if you prefer. That makes it realistic to train three, four or five times a week, which is how Muay Thai actually gets good.
The program is the real art. Fundamentals classes teach stance, footwork and the eight strikes. Pad rounds with coaches build timing and accuracy. Clinch sessions teach the knees, sweeps and control that most studios never get to. Conditioning rounds tie it together.
Wynwood has a creative, late-working crowd, and the schedule fits it: weekday classes run from 5:30 AM to 10 PM, with weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday. Train before the studio opens or after the gallery closes.

The heart of Muay Thai: coach-held pads for combinations, timing and accuracy.
Head control, knees, elbows, sweeps and dumps, taught step by step.
Bag rounds, sprints and calisthenics that build the engine to go full rounds.
Sparring schedules, weight cuts and corner work for Florida amateur cards.
Add boxing, BJJ or MMA under the same roof whenever you are ready.
