Kickboxing classes in most Miami gyms are aerobics dressed up in gloves. KO Zone's kickboxing program is run by combat-sport coaches who teach the real fundamentals — stance, hip rotation, the kick chain, defense, footwork — while keeping the cardio output high enough to deliver the workout.
You'll throw combinations on the heavy bag, work pads with partners, hit conditioning circuits, and learn techniques that actually transfer to the other striking arts (Muay Thai and boxing) if you decide to deepen your training. Most members start in kickboxing and end up cross-training because they realize the technique room here is legit.
