How are personal training sessions priced?

Pricing depends on coach, session length, and frequency. Call 305-754-9663 for a quote — most clients book in 8-12 session packages.

Who are the personal trainers?

All our coaches handle personal training: Diego De Vera, Emi M. Colmenarez, Tony Sentmanat, Gregory Choplin. Each has different specialty areas — we'll match you with the coach whose strengths fit your goal.

Can I do personal training without joining the gym?

Yes — non-member personal training is available. That said, most clients eventually join because they want access to group classes and open mats too.

How often should I train 1-on-1?

Depends on your goal. Beginners building base typically train 2-3 sessions per week. Fight-camp athletes train 4-6 sessions per week with sparring built in. We'll recommend a schedule based on what you're working toward.

Do you do nutrition coaching?

Our coaches address nutrition as it relates to your training goal — fueling for performance, weight cuts, body composition. For full clinical nutrition, we refer to specialists.

Can I do personal training as a couple or with a friend?

Yes — 1-on-2 sessions available. Same coaching attention, shared cost, fun training environment with someone you know.
