Doral has grown fast — and the demand for quality martial arts has grown with it. KO Zone has been Miami's serious fight gym since 2005. We're 20 minutes east of CityPlace Doral — straight shot on NW 36th Street to I-95 South, exit at NW 54th.

Most of our Doral members are families. Parents who want their kids to learn real boxing or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — not a strip-mall karate class. Professionals who want serious training before or after work at the Doral office parks. The drive is worth it because the quality of instruction is hard to find closer to home.

Our coaches and staff are fully bilingual. We have Venezuelan, Colombian, Cuban, Argentine, and Puerto Rican members and trainers. Walk in and feel at home. Our kids fight team competes at NAGA grappling tournaments and amateur boxing events — the standard is high, the culture is family.

No. The majority of our members start with zero martial arts background. Day-1 fundamentals classes are built for beginners across every discipline.
