Hialeah grew up on boxing. KO Zone keeps that tradition alive 15 minutes east: real coaches, real sparring when you are ready, and amateur fight preparation including Golden Gloves. Every coach and staff member is fully bilingual.
Boxing in Hialeah is a family thing: fathers who boxed, kids who want to, and a neighborhood that knows a good jab when it sees one. KO Zone is built for that crowd. The program starts with the fundamentals the old-school coaches insisted on, stance, footwork and defense, and builds from there.
For anyone who wants to fight, the path is real. KO Zone coordinates USA Boxing registration, sparring schedules, fight-camp preparation and corner work for Florida amateur events, including Golden Gloves. For anyone who just wants to train, nobody pushes you into the ring.
Language is never a barrier. All of our coaches and staff are fully bilingual, so you can ask questions, get corrections and talk through your training in English or Spanish, whichever is more comfortable. Todos nuestros entrenadores hablan español.
