Real fighters. Real credentials.
Miami's oldest MMA gym has trained PFL Champions, professional MMA fighters, amateur title holders, and a youth fight team that competes at NAGA tournaments. Real credentials. Real Miami fight history. Since 2005.
"You can't teach what you've never done."
That's been KO Zone's philosophy since 2005. The coaches on our mats aren't fitness instructors with MMA branding โ they're people who've cornered fighters at PFL, LFA, and Bellator, who've held titles in their disciplines, who've spent decades in the actual sport.
That's why a PFL Champion has trained here. That's why our kids fight team competes at NAGA grappling tournaments. That's why 458+ members have left five-star reviews โ they can tell the difference between marketing and the real thing.

The standard hasn't changed since 2005.
KO Zone has nine coaches in residence, each with credentials in their own discipline. Among them: Diego De Vera, the founder and head coach who's been training Miami fighters since opening the doors in 2005, and Tony Sentmanat, a real-world combatives expert who's trained military special operations and federal agents.
The coaching staff has cornered fighters at PFL, LFA, Bellator, and other major MMA promotions. They've worked with SWAT teams, federal agents, Olympic-level athletes, and beginning students who just want to get in shape. Same standard for everyone.
That's why people drive in from Brickell, Hialeah, Doral, Coral Gables, and Kendall โ because the coaching is genuinely different from what they can find closer to home.
