A decade ago, I embarked on a personal journey to reconstruct myself. I asked myself “Why do you workout for two weeks and then do nothing for six weeks? What sense does that make?” Being a person that loathes doing things that do not make sense, I began to exercise consistently – urged by my invaluable workout partner. Soon after, I was down a pant size and have not looked back. Two years later, I was a certified personal trainer with dogged determination to help people transform themselves.
Little did I know, transforming one’s body to living a completely healthy lifestyle is not only physical, but also mentally and spiritually rewarding and essential.
Over the past ten years, this lifelong evolution has led me to and through mid-distance running, sports performance training, functional strength training, pilates, yoga, boxing, corrective exercise, sports therapy/rehabilitation, massage therapy, and a clean plant-based diet.
Treating this one and only body and mind that I will ever have with supreme love and care was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made in my lifetime.
